“ Our waiter was kind and knowledgeable. Having lived in Ecuador I was excited to eat that cuisine again. Our dishes were amazing and if I could give it 10 stars I would have. Mario the owner, greeted us and thanked us for dining with them. I have a gluten allergy and he made certain my meal would be safe as well. We fully recommend this amazing restaurant. Karaoke to boot with Jose Luis. A lovely place. ”
“ You will definitely leave here with a full stomach! The food is really good and they give you A LOT, it is well worth the prices (especially in this economy). The costumer service was also really good, we got a table immediately and we didn’t wait long for food. Highly recommend this authentic place! ”
“ This place is absolutely amazing! As someone who is originally from Ecuador, I can confidently say the flavors here are authentic and genuinely remind me of home. It’s like being transported back to Ecuador with every bite! I am beyond grateful to have found such an excellent Ecuadorian restaurant right here in Utah – it’s truly a gem for anyone looking to experience real Ecuadorian cuisine. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter was super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to explain the menu and make recommendations. It was clear he was passionate about the food and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. The service was not only friendly but also impressively fast. The food arrived quickly, and everything was fresh, warm, and beautifully presented. The flavors were spot-on. Our absolute favorite dish was the Seco de Chivo – the seasoning, the tenderness of the meat, and the balance of flavors were perfect. But honestly, every single thing we tried was delicious and tasted homemade. For anyone in Utah looking for an authentic Ecuadorian dining experience, this is the place! Thank you to the staff for making us feel so at home and for bringing a taste of Ecuador to Utah. We will definitely be back soon, and we’re already looking forward to it! ”
“ Just had lunch here for the first time. A friend brought me. The food was excellent! I was really impressed. I’ve eaten at a number of Peruvian restaurants in the area and they’re all good and tasty, this one is another great option if you’re in the area. The food was cooked fresh for us and smelled and looked amazing and tasted great! It’s ideal if you have eaten Peruvian before or know Spanish or simply have no food allergies. These are down to earth good people making you their food from the other side of the world. They likely can’t make a meal exactly to your liking if you have extreme allergies or preferences...but if you’re just looking for great tasting, fresh food from a nice local family, this is the place. Happy to pass this along. ”
“ If you are into ceviche like I am (consume a lot of raw fish on a regular basis), they have one of the best! Fish was fresh and well seasoned, and perfect balance of citrus. Everything we ordered was very authentic and homemade. Lomo Saltado was spot on and very satisfying. It’s a small homey place with one cook, so make sure you are not in a hurry. ”
“ Amazing Lomo Saltado! We have been looking for good Lomo Salvador since moving here and can't wait to come back. The staff and the atmosphere were both wonderful. Thank you! ”
“ absolutely amazing!!! all the food is so flavorful, and the owner was so kind - he came out and sat us himself! it was a bit of a wait, but worth it. we came with a lot of time to spare so it wasn’t an issue. there’s big portions and even if you eat a ton, it feels good to eat. flavorful and healthy. i raved about it to all of my family. i’ll be back! ”
“ Terrific food!!! I felt so food after eating as well, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The service was warm and inviting. I had the arroz con pollo and it was GREAT! ”
